My account

I did not receive the email to confirm my account. What can I do?

When you create an account in our app, you will be asked to verify your account via a code sent to your email address. If you have not received this code or have deleted this email, you can resend it by clicking on the "Resend verification code" option on the screen asking for the code.

I have forgotten my password and I can't log in anymore. What can I do?

The app allows you to launch a password recovery process. Click on "Password forgotten" in the app and follow the recovery steps. You will be asked to set a new password, which can be used to continue using the app. Since you are logged in based on your email address, all your data will be retained.

Can I use my account on multiple phones at the same time?

Yes, of course. All you have to do is enter your login details on another phone.
