Self-service vehicles

In which zone may I use / park a self-service vehicle?

Each partner has its own operating zone. We therefore ask you to respect these zones. You can clearly see the zones at the start of the journey, with the indication of a self-service vehicle on the MaaS app map or on the partner's app map.

I am having a problem booking or unlocking a self-service vehicle. What can I do?

Unfortunately, we are unable to help you with this problem. Please contact the partner directly using the relevant service app.

The self-service vehicle indicated on my journey is not present. What can I do?

I am standing next to a self-service vehicle. Can I use it via the app without having to launch an itinerary search?

Yes, this is possible ! Click on the "More" button at the bottom of your app and select the type of mobility you want. This will give you access to a vehicle in the area and allow you to unlock it. Actually, the "More" button is a bit like a key!

What's more, you can click directly on the map of the home screen to see all the transport means in your area and unlock or use them in just a few clicks.
